What do we process your personal data for?

To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations foreseen to carry out the treatment are:

Why may we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the consent of the USER: sending of commercial communications and newsletter.
  • For the legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE: to carry out market research, statistical analysis, etc. and to process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data?

It is an online advertising system that allows us to promote and optimize our services and products. Through Microsoft Advertising, specifically the Conversion and Tracking Tool, we can track certain user actions that occur after clicking on our Microsoft Bing ad.

With each call to one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by us and in which a Microsoft Advertising component has been integrated, information regarding the actions taken by you is collected and transmitted to Microsoft to assess the relevance and effectiveness of our advertisements. Microsoft and we can identify that someone clicked on an ad, was redirected to our online offer and arrived at a predetermined landing page (so-called conversion page).

In addition, with the help of remarketing lists created from visitors’ activities on our website, we can segment target groups and then optimize our Bing advertising campaigns based on these segments.

Facebook Ireland processes this information and Facebook, Inc. sub-processes it. This data includes contact information and details about people’s experiences or interactions with Partners and their products, services and ads.

What are your rights?

The rights of the USER are:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

That in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
